We are currently seeking a Field Enablement Managerto support oursales and sales management team.

The Field EnablementManager is responsible for supporting the sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create plan to deliver sales leads and sales engagement strategies to sales team through various channels and activities, and execute plan accordingly.
  • Work across key stakeholders to create sales funnel management system that will be utilized across the business, providing optics of funnel on an ongoing basis.
  • Build a system/CRM tool to increase optics of all opportunities in the various market segments, and develop a win/loss reporting system, with particular focus on describing why we win when we win, and why we lose when we lose. Work broadly across team to create solutions to improve “winability”.
  • Develop understanding of the buyers journey, uncovering opportunities to grow and expand our reach
  • Develop a broad perspective of the CAD market, consolidating market and competitive intelligence to enable stakeholders to understand the evolving market segments and competitive value propositions. Keep abreast of market developments.
  • Identify any gaps or training needs within sales team by working closely with sales management; create training plans with appropriate stakeholders and design activities to improve sales team acumen.
  • Work with marketing team to help execute on tactics that are critical to the success of the sales team; examples include optimizing opportunities with external partners & consultants to ensure we capitalize on deliverables
  • Work with brand leaders to understand the business strategy based on the brand plans and translate that into effective sales enablement programs; identifying target objectives, specific tactics, costs and required results.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activities and implement best practices to improve sales performance. Optimize the CRM system.
  • Create monthly rhythm calls and rotational territory visits with sales team; reporting findings & solutions to sales mgmt.
  • Active participant in the brand portfolio teams. Assist Brand leaders in identifying marketing programs that effectively impact sales enablement and sales success
  • Work with marketing team to optimize sales leads at global trade shows. Assist with planning and co-hosting pre-show meeting and booth walk-through when applies.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to plan and organize Sales Meetings twice per year and launch/training meetings as needed.
  • Perform other duties as warranted per leadership.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extensive demonstrated abilities in similar position considered in lieu
  • CRM tool certifications;
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and developing sales leads and sales engagement strategies with proven success
  • Deep experience & optimization in sales enablement, sales training, sales automation systems, CRM/CRS tool development in global Pharmaceutical/Healthcare related field across product portfolios.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, presentation & written skills. Ability to learn clinical and product knowledge and apply to sales enablement activities/projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional matrix, challenging environments and rigid deadlines
  • Ability to influence others and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
